Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, over $12,500 in bonuses the first year and over $8,500 in bonuses after the first year.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• Minimum experience: 1 year of driving tractor trailers; tanker experience a plus.
• Must be medically examined and certified by an Ergon Trucking-recognized physician as physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must have a valid CDL and tanker endorsement. HAZMAT endorsement preferred.
• Candidate must already have or be able to acquire TWIC card at time of employment.
• Moving violations: No more than 2 in the last 36 months.
• No conviction within the last 36 months for any serious traffic violation.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 10 years.
• No criminal record (felonies).

Formed in 1973, Ergon Trucking provides a flexible and responsive transportation system that assures the strategic pick up and delivery of crude oil, asphalt, process oils, lubes, chemicals, caustics and a wide range of liquid products. We serve external customers as well as other Ergon companies.

Ergon trucks deliver crude to refineries from fields in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Ohio, Louisiana and Texas. We deliver asphalt and sensitive process oil products across the lower 48 and Canada, always working hard to ensure each product maintains integrity throughout transport.
