A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This resource will act as the true liaison between business and technology teams across three verticals within this technology group. Initially, the role will focus on account management, optimizing account lifecycles and processes, but needs to be flexible to shift to different projects within these 3 groups. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to handle heavier workloads, ownership of reports from start to finish, and the ability to identify gaps.
This will also be a data intensive role and will not interface with development teams, but will mainly work within the reporting function. This resource needs to possess strong SQL skills to extract, analyze, slice and dice data to help identify gaps, and areas where they can optimize processes so the business can work on their core expertise. This environment runs lean, so this resource will need to oversee the lifecycle of these reports from start to finish. Strong communication and the ability to help implement and operate efficient processes will be crucial.
