Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands?on experience with QuickBooks and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel . This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and assisting with reporting and reconciliations to ensure smooth financial management. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up?to?date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and credit card transactions. Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis. Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Generate financial reports and assist with month?end and year?end close processes. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
