Your role will involve presenting financing options and car buying opportunities to customers, as well as providing support to the sales team. You will build relationships, follow proven sales strategies, and uphold the dealership’s high ethical standards. If you have two or more years of experience with a proven track record as a high-performing finance or insurance manager, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Create and monitor key benchmarks for the dealership, including vehicle sales, service contracts, and customer satisfaction. Develop financing plans and payment options for customers. Maintain high customer service standards and ethical practices. Coordinate with lending institutions. Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions. Support the sales manager and sales team. Maintain inventory of finance department supplies. Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline is strongly preferred. Minimum of two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) management or sales experience. Valid state-issued driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant computer software.
