What youll be doing:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end audit engagements, from planning to execution.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence improvements in controls and governance.
• Coach and develop audit team members to perform at their best.
• Contribute to a flexible, risk-based audit plan that meets regulatory expectations and adds real value to the business.
• Collaborate across audit teams to ensure consistent coverage and high-quality delivery.

What were looking for:

• 5+ years internal audit experience, including at least 2 years in an Audit Manager role.
• Experience in financial markets or broker-dealer audits is a strong plus.
• Confident leading teams and managing complex projects to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, curious, and commercially minded.
