We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Permanent Audit Associate to join our vibrant Accounting and Finance team. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Audit Associate, you will be responsible for:

1. Planning and executing audit engagements to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and professional standards.
2. Testing the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas of non-compliance, and recommending improvements.
3. Preparing detailed audit reports, presenting findings to management, and suggesting corrective actions.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify potential risk areas.
5. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and accounting.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
7. Participating in special projects as assigned by the management, which may involve financial analysis, process improvement, and system implementation.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Audit Associate position must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CIA, or CISA) is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Proficient in audit testing and engagement, with a strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex financial data and identify potential issues.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Proficient in using auditing software and other financial systems.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
