About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Local and Community Relations to serve as its primary liaison to local government and community stakeholders. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in advancing the company's mission and priorities by cultivating and sustaining meaningful relationships with local officials, civic leaders, and community organizations. The successful candidate will proactively engage in local legislative and regulatory matters, advise senior leadership on policy developments, and drive initiatives that enhance the company's visibility, reputation, and impact within the community. Responsibilities also include representing the company on local boards and committees, monitoring and analyzing local government issues, and ensuring compliance with lobbying regulations. The role demands a high level of strategy development, collaborative partnerships, and a commitment to strengthening goodwill and mutual trust. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in local government and community relations.
