Are You a Great Romance Book Cover Designer? We're seeking an Associate Creative Director for our Bloom Books Imprint with 8+ years' publishing experience in art direction in the romance category.

As a key player in the rapidly evolving romance book market, you'll drive the creative vision for all "happily every afters." The ideal candidate understands and embraces our mission, and has an extraordinary eye for the best book covers.

Associate Creative Director Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision, art style, and packaging for Bloom.
• Oversee in-house and freelance design teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, driving point-of-sale success.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years in art direction or design in the publishing industry.
• Passion for the romance genre with a focus on understanding what resonates with readers.
• Flexible, able to design covers and solve creative challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and leading a team and providing creative direction.
• Fosters strong and positive relationships with our authors.
