We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Arena Tour Guides. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sports, entertainment, and Miami culture who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of visitors. As a part-time Arena Tour Guide, you will lead engaging, informative tours of Kaseya Center, sharing behind-the-scenes insights and showcasing all that the venue has to offer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list. Lead tours of Kaseya Center, highlighting key areas such as the court, locker rooms, premium seating, and event spaces. Provide guests with historical facts, fun anecdotes, and current information about the arena, the Miami HEAT, and upcoming events. Ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all tour participants, accommodating special requests and answering questions as needed. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the arena’s operations, services, events, and Miami HEAT team history. Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the tour. Collaborate with team members and other arena staff to provide seamless guest service. Desired Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education And/or Experience Associate’s degree in hospitality, communication, tourism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle questions with integrity. Flexibility with scheduling; must be available for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
