Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to deliver high-quality features.
• Architect clean, maintainable, and modular code using industry best practices such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth.
• Optimize application performance for speed, reliability, and battery efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging Android development trends, tools, and best practices.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Android development.
• Deep proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK.
• Strong understanding of Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with Jetpack libraries such as Compose, Navigation, and WorkManager.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Solid experience with unit and UI testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso).

• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
• Passion for mobile innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
