Job Description
A great company in Fort Worth, Texas is searching for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist.
For Accounts Receivable: must be detail oriented and a multi-tasker responsibilities include billing and collection tasks. Customer relationship management and excellent customer service skills are a must. Prepare weekly reports for overdue summaries.
For Accounts Payable: must be detail oriented and a multi-tasker responsibilities include manage accounts payable functions and oversee payments to vendors with excellent communication with vendors. Print weekly AP summary reports and review upcoming and past due invoices.
Will provide back-up support to other accounting team members. Customer portal management.
Onsite hourly position paying $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Qualifications
High school diploma
MS office skills required
AR Specialist - 3 years A/R processing and collections
AP Specialist - 3 years A/P experience
Fluent in English
